Our client is an international accountancy and advisory company.
- Supervise and lead a team - staffing, work allocation, staff performance, motivation and development
- Provide the exchange of information between the team members and the management
- Set goals and milestones that will determine the performance of the team members
- Cooperation with each department to ensure excellent team performance
- Higher education in accounting/economics or a similar field
- 3 plus years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Latvian and English is mandatory to communicate with team and partners abroad); other languages are considered as an advantage
- Strong people management skills, solution and development-oriented, problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of any accounting software like BC365, Directo, SAP, Horizon, and others will be considered as an advantage
- In-depth accounting knowledge of Local Accounting standards
