We are searching for a B2B Events Manager for our client.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy aligned with company's lead generation goals and brand positioning.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage opportunities for sponsored events that target key audiences and generate qualified leads.
- Plan and execute proprietary events such as panel discussions, hackathons, and local/regional crypto meetups to engage potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to capture and nurture leads from events, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and optimize cost-effectiveness to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and sponsors to ensure smooth and successful event execution.
- Track, analyze, and report on event performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in event management, with at least 2 years focused on fintech or crypto industries.
- Demonstrated success in generating qualified business leads through events.
- Strong understanding of the crypto and fintech landscapes, including key players, trends, and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and event management platforms.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently and adapt to changing event schedules.
