Our client, Erton Bygg AB, is a growing company with experience in delivering construction and industrial projects across Scandinavia. The company is currently developing a new business direction in Latvia - employee leasing and workforce supply services, attracting labor from third countries - and is looking for a Business Development Manager.

Job description: 
  • Attracting new clients and developing cooperation within the Latvian market;
  • Maintaining relationships with existing and potential business partners;
  • Cooperating with recruitment agencies and international partners;
  • Coordinating workforce attraction, recruitment, and relocation processes;
  • Participating in the development of a new business direction together with company management;
  • Researching market opportunities and expanding the partner network;
  • Budget planning and cost control;
  • Developing staffing solutions tailored to client needs.
Requirements: 
  • Experience in business development and sales within the recruitment or employee leasing industry;
  • Understanding of hiring and documentation processes;
  • Experience working with international partners and attracting foreign workforce;
  • Ability to independently organize work and take initiative;
  • High motivation, result-oriented mindset, and drive for development;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills;
  • Proficiency in Latvian and English, required for cooperation with international partners and colleagues.
