Our client is looking for Driver Recruitment & Immigration Coordinator.
- Act as the main point of contact for recruitment agencies abroad and candidates applying for driver positions.
- Coordinate with migration authorities, immigration officers, and the Latvian Transport Association on matters related to international hires.
- Review and verify candidate documentation to ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements.
- Prepare and submit the necessary documentation for Latvian visa invitations and support the full visa or residence permit application process.
- Handle all employment-related documentation, including employment contracts, driver’s licenses, medical certificates, and insurance.
- Welcome and assist international candidates upon arrival in Latvia (e.g., airport pick-up when needed).
- Manage truck registration processes in collaboration with the Latvian Transport Association.
- Proven experience in HR administration, recruitment, or international mobility processes.
- Good knowledge of Latvian labor law and immigration procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in handling documentation and legal processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with external partners, authorities, and internal teams.
- Fluent English – both written and spoken – for daily communication with colleagues, international candidates and partners.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple ongoing processes simultaneously.
- Category B driver’s license – required for occasional airport pick-ups and other transport-related duties.
- Confidence in using digital tools and document management systems.
- Experience in the logistics or transport sector will be considered an advantage.

2800-3100 EUR Gross.
