Job description:
- Support and maintain e-commerce fulfilment processes.
- Oversee order tracking and ensure timely, accurate processing.
- Identify and resolve order data issues in coordination with relevant teams.
- Manage returns, exchanges, cancellations, and partner communication.
- Handle routine approvals and resolve escalated fulfilment issues.
- Log and track system and improvement tickets.
- Support testing and platform updates for Go-Live.
- Monitor NPS/CS feedback and drive service improvement.
- Collect and escalate customer review insights.
- Ensure accuracy of VOC and process-related data.
- Update fulfilment-related policies and procedures.
- Measure and report fulfilment performance, suggesting improvements.
- Track and achieve key fulfilment KPIs.
- Contribute to customer loyalty and retention initiatives.
Requirements:
- More than 1 year experience within online fulfilment area (fulfilment operations experience with strong online proposition)
- Must possess experience and a passion for e-commerce
- Strong business judgement and decision-making skills
- Track record of managing and delivering projects on time, within budget and to the expected standard
- Fluent English (to communicate with international teams)

Monthly Salary:
3000-3400 gross salary and variable quarterly bonus to the maximum of 70% of the quarterly basic monthly gross salary (up to 6300 – 7140 Eur gross per quarter) based on sales results and individual KPI execution.
