Our client is looking for a Legal Team Lead.
Job description:
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services across various projects in the Baltics and emerging markets.
- Managing legal aspects throughout the project lifecycle: regulatory, land, construction etc.
- Working both, hands on and manage internal and external legal teams.
- Leading negotiations and ensure business compliance, as well as mitigation of legal risks.
- Acting as liaison with regulators and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in law.
- 7 years of legal experience in construction, real estate or related legal fields.
- Effective leadership experience in team management.
- Excellent level of Latvian and English( for communication with customers and colleagues abroad) languages.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
