Our client, Yokohama TWS Latvia, is a metal processing company that has been manufacturing wheel rims for off-road machinery in Liepāja since 2009. Since May 2023, the company has become part of the Yokohama Group and remains the only manufacturer of agricultural and forestry machinery rims within the Group.
The company is inviting a Production Manager to join its team.
Job description:
- Plan, manage, and supervise production processes to ensure efficient use of resources and successful execution of the production plan.
- Analyze production performance and KPIs, identify deviations, and implement action plans to achieve targets.
- Organize and coordinate maintenance of production equipment to reduce downtime and ensure continuous operations.
- Lead and develop the team, providing clear tasks, priorities, feedback, and team development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely information flow and alignment on common goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements and participate in efficiency and optimization projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal process requirements, and prepare necessary reports for management.
Requirements:
- Higher or vocational education in management, manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in production management (experience in automated manufacturing would be considered an advantage).
- Good English language skills (spoken and written).
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems) and a proactive, flexible attitude toward work.
- Understanding of LEAN methodology and process improvement.
- Leadership experience with coaching-oriented management style.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Monthly Salary:
3000 - 4000 EUR gross
