Project Manager will be responsible for the management and supervision of the Rail Baltica joint venture projects and representing the interests of the joint venture. Including building and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders, addressing project issues, overseeing project work in line with Global Project objectives and best project management practices, carrying out work according to schedule, budget and set scale and quality. Regularly report to management on the progress and status of work and identify risks that arise during the execution of project work. 

Job description: 
  • Plan and manage the execution of the designated supporting delivery projects and activities of the Rail Baltica project in accordance with the approved schedule, budget and quality of the Global Project;
  • Monitor and control project work, report project performance information to Project Controls and Reporting department and other key stakeholders;
  • Coordinate the exchange of information with internal/external stakeholders, to ensure the resolution of risks and issues;
  • Support Program managers and their teams in execution of programs based on assigned tasks;
  • Coordinate with Technical department to ensure the compliance of the project/activity with the technical requirements and the technical standards and guidelines.
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in the field of civil/urban engineering or urban (transport) engineering;
  • 7+ years of post-graduate experience in engineering and / or construction;
  • 4+ years project management experience;
  • Experience in using project management tools and integrated control methods;
  • Expert in the use of MS Office programs with good practical knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar program;
  • Ability to negotiate with different levels of management (heads of departments, suppliers etc.), involving and coordinating different stakeholders;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in one of Baltic languages and English (for cooperation with colleagues and partners located outside of Latvia).

Monthly Salary: 

4200-5000 EUR Gross
