Our client is looking for Quality Manager.
Job description:
- Define and oversee quality objectives, ensuring alignment with group goals.
- Maintain and improve the integrated management system (IATF, ISO).
- Implement and conduct internal audit programs.
- Ensure compliance with customer and standard requirements in products and processes.
- Manage internal and external customer complaints, resolve non-conformities using 8D and A3 methodologies, and ensure sustainable solutions.
- Participate in new product introduction processes (APQP).
- Drive supplier quality improvement, including local supplier audits.
- Enhance the quality management system based on internal and external KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Organize core tools training and oversee the implementation of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC tools.
- Develop and implement MSA and SPC plans.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in quality management.
- Previous experience in people management.
- Excellent level of Latvian and English( for communication with customers and colleagues abroad) languages.
- Expertise in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC.
- Strong problem-solving skills using 8D and A3 methodologies.

Monthly Salary:
4300 – 5000 EUR gross
