In this role, you will work closely with both engineering and compliance teams, helping build a secure, scalable, and well-structured environment.
Job description:
- Conduct internal audits and technical evidence collection
- Participate in cloud platform security reviews
- Perform compliance gap analysis and track remediation activities
- Oversee vulnerability and patch management processes
- Validate and review security policies and procedures
- Conduct third-party and supply-chain security assessments
- Promote security awareness and collaborate with engineering teams
- Act as a bridge between the compliance and engineering functions explaining the “why” behind security requirements
- Prepare reporting and work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or IT compliance related roles
- Hands-on experience working with cloud platform services
- Working knowledge of ISO 27001 and PCI DSS
- Solid and broad cybersecurity fundamentals
- Scripting or automation capability
- Structured analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Self-directed and proactive working style
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in Latvian and English languages (for communication with colleagues and cooperation partners abroad)
