Set up, configure, and administer various IT solutions
Maintain virtual and physical high‑performing local and external networks, multi‑cloud infrastructure, and network security measures to safeguard data and systems
Use monitoring tools such as Zabbix to oversee system health and identify potential threats or performance bottlenecks
Work with various cloud solutions including Microsoft 365, Azure, and others
Implement policies based on legal and compliance requirements
3+ years of experience as a System Administrator, preferably with network configuration (firewall management) expertise
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Linux server administration
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 solutions (Office, SharePoint, Power Apps)
Understanding of backup solutions and disaster recovery processes
Practical experience with JIRA and JIRA Service Management (JIRA SM) configuration and process setup will be considered an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Latvian
Excellent problem‑solving skills, especially in high‑pressure situations
