Senior Business Development Manager
Identifying and developing Gren’s Growth prospects in Estonia until signing/closing, mainly in our B2B service segment (Industrial Energy Service), but also regarding M&A and new Greenfield investment cases. Technical concepts may vary from combined heat and electricity production, heating, steam generation, cooling, industrial cooling, water and wastewater treatment, waste treatment, waste‑to‑energy, storage solutions (BESS) and other sustainable solutions.
Creating customer contacts, clarifying customer needs, and carrying out background analysis.
Higher education in business and/or engineering or similar field and 5+ year experience in the energy or industrial sector.
Holistic and open‑minded for business opportunities and always looking for added value for the customers to the company.
Leadership experience and high problem‑solving skills.
Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
Track record of energy infrastructure projects (incl. with B2B, M&A).
Quality Manager
Maintenance and continuous development of food safety and quality management systems covering egg grading, egg processing, warehouse, and logistics operations;
Leadership of the HACCP team and management of quality documentation and records;
Planning and execution of internal audits, inspections, and laboratory testing programs;
Monitoring and verification of production processes and finished products;
Management of non-conformities and customer complaints, including implementation of corrective actions;
Vocational or higher education in food technology, veterinary medicine, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or medicine;
Practical experience in food manufacturing and maintenance of quality or self-control systems;
Understanding of GFSI-recognised standards (BRCGS; Food Safety, IFS; Food Safety);
Experience with food of animal origin is considered an advantage;
Ability to work independently, drive initiatives and processes, make decisions, and communicate effectively with colleagues at all organisational levels;
Latvian language at a very good level; English at a minimum B2 level (required for communication with international colleagues and partners).
