Job description: 

We are now seeking a proactive and results-driven Head of Financing to join our team. This role requires strong ownership, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to generate, manage, and scale fundraising activities across the region.

 Job description:

  • Drive Business Development: Manage the sales pipeline by generating borrower’s leads, cultivating referral business, and establishing strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Consult with Applicants: Meet with clients to explain the terms, risks, and benefits of loan products, as well as applicable government regulations.
  • Facilitate Loan Processing: Ensure all required documentation is submitted to the loan underwriting department and properly recorded in electronic format.
  • Represent the Company: Act as a representative of the employer, maintaining professional relationships and promoting the company’s values.
Requirements: 
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate (lending, asset management, development, or legal).
  • Strong background in finance or law.
  • Fluency in English and Latvian.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and close deal flow through networks, brokers, and marketing channels.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership of business development and delivering measurable results.
Company offers: 
  • Trial period - 3 months.
  • 1 additional day off per month.
  • Hybrid work mode.
Monthly Salary: 

7000 - 12000 EUR gross monthly salary.
