HR and Quality Manager

The team in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Finland comprises more than 300 professionals.

Job description: 
  • Implement the company's HR management strategy and processes
  • Ensure the full cycle of personnel management (employee recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, employee development, talent management, offboarding)
  • Prepare and implement the personnel budget
  • Provide support and consultation to managers and employees on labor law issues
  • Organize various personnel management projects and participate in their implementation
  • Monitor and improve the internal quality management system
  • Plan and conduct internal and organize external ISO quality audits
Requirements: 
  • At least  3 years of work experience as an HR manager, HR BP, or in a similar position
  • Higher education, preferably in HR, business management, or a related field
  • Excellent Latvian and good English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Good understanding of Latvian labor law and regulations
  • Understanding the importance of business needs and overall business operations
  • Proactive, initiative-driven, energetic personality with a good communication skills
  • Preference for candidates from the technology sector and experience with ISO certification. Or another sector, but with a personal interest in technology at a minimum.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in administering and implementing HRM systems

Monthly Salary: 

Competitive salary range: 2300 – 2500 EUR Gross
