Job description:
- Ensure the stable operation of banking and corporate systems, setup, update management, administration;
- Monitor and control the operation of the hardware and software complex;
- Incident response and taking immediate actions to resolve the issues;
- Participation in the emergency situation analysis and modeling;
- Interaction with companies that provide application systems software;
- Consulting internal and external clients, interaction with employees of related departments regarding the functionality of the maintained systems;
- Compliance with the target level of quality of service delivery for business (SLA);
- Documentation review/writing/maintaining.
Requirements:
- Experience in developing or/and maintaining high load distributed systems at least 3 years;
- Experience in Fintech (work in banks with core banking system, processing systems) is an advantage;
- SQL or/and PL/SQL skills (both reading/writing skills);
- Knowledge of the basics of banking, banking technology, the graph of accounts of a banking organization (main balance accounts);
- Knowledge of the principles IT systems maintenance / testing;
- Knowledge of Temenos Transact (T24) system is an advantage;
- Knowledge of products/services of core banking systems (accounting, services, loyalty, etc.) is an advantage.
