As we expand our team, we invite a Procurement Specialist to join us — someone who can professionally manage procurement processes and identify broader business opportunities within the public procurement environment.
- Monitor and evaluate public procurement and price survey documentation, requirements, and eligibility criteria (using EIS and other platforms).
- Prepare technical and financial proposals, including price and cost calculations.
- Coordinate the preparation of procurement applications in cooperation with colleagues and suppliers.
- Engage third parties when specific expertise is required.
- Conduct market research, maintain the procurement database, and analyze historical data.
- Strategically assess procurement processes and identify additional development opportunities for the company.
- Experience working with public procurements and solid knowledge of the Public Procurement Law and EIS (on the bidder’s side).
- Bachelor’s degree or first-level professional higher education.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Excellent Latvian and English language skills (for communication with colleagues and international partners).
- Analytical thinking, accuracy, and the ability to manage large volumes of information and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented approach to work.
- Knowledge in the field of environmental and nature protection will be considered an advantage.

Salary from EUR 1700–2300 gross (depending on experience and competencies).
