Our client FINCI, is a fintech company that offers digital financial services, focusing on seamless online payments and financial management solutions for both individuals and businesses. They provide services such as international money transfers, multi-currency accounts, and payment processing, all through a user-friendly platform. FINCI aims to simplify financial operations with fast, secure, and cost-effective solutions tailored to modern financial needs.
We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to take ownership of our product lifecycle, from strategy and development to launch and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive product success.
- Product Development & Optimization: Optimize and describe existing products while identifying opportunities for new product development.
- End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Lead the full product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements, develop roadmaps, and execute product strategies within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Roadmap Ownership & Communication: Define and maintain a product roadmap, outlining key milestones, features, and initiatives. Communicate progress and adjustments to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and market demands.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives, sales, marketing, and customer support to align on product initiatives and ensure internal support. Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and updates.
- Quality Assurance & User Experience: Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to ensure products meet functional requirements and deliver an outstanding user experience.
- Customer Insights & Feedback: Engage with customers regularly to understand pain points, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement. Use insights to drive product enhancements and ensure a best-in-class user experience.
- Performance Optimization: Identify areas for product optimization and implement strategies to drive adoption, retention, and overall growth.
- Additional Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as reasonably requested by direct management.
- Experience: 3+ years in product management, preferably in [industry-specific experience, e.g., fintech, SaaS, e-commerce].
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
- Data-driven decision-making skills with familiarity in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
