Our client – Brasta Latvia - For more than 25 years of work in the Latvian market and has established itself as undisputed leader on the wholesale market selling construction films, WC and shower partitions. Brasta Latvia currently is looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to continue the success in the sector.
- Engage with retail chain representatives to understand their needs and recommend appropriate building products and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Assist customers with product selection, offering expert advice on features, benefits, and applications of our building products.
- Achieve sales targets by actively promoting and upselling products to retail clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and provide relevant insights to customers.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the building products or retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of building materials and products, with the ability to provide expert advice to customers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sales aptitude.
- Fluent Latvian and English skills
