Job description:
- Lead the warehouse team by organizing staff flow, schedules, employee development, and analyzing employee performance.
- Manage and control the flow of warehouse material assets and ensure stock is stored according to requirements.
- Organize and plan the inbound and outbound flow of goods in the warehouse.
- Oversee the quality and timeliness of order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an international company in a warehouse manager or similar role.
- Fluent in both English and Latvian.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Monthly Salary:
Salary from 2700 to 3000 EUR gross.
