- Independently manage and oversee product configuration, documentation, and engineering processes from NPI (New Product Introduction) to Mass Production.
- Analyze and improve end-to-end change management processes (ECR/ECOs/Deviations) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain product configuration and Bill of Materials (BOM) management, ensuring process consistency and traceability.
- Collaborate with R&D, QA, Operations, and business teams to align configuration management with company objectives.
- Leading DFx and ATP processes (Design for manufacturing, testing, cost optimization).
- Support on-going production processes and equipment,
- Train subcontractors & production.
- Develop product test plans, risk assessments and production tests according to manufacturing process instructions.
- B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3 + years of experience in a hardware development and manufacturing company.
- Experience in managing team
- Experience in multidisciplinary R&D and engineering processes.
- High technical capabilities, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of your discipline and a broad knowledge of others.
- Ability to analyze, investigate, and document procedures.
- Experience with ERP systems and CAD software (PDM and PRIORITY).
- Understanding of development and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in assembly documentation and Engineering Change Orders.
- Independent learner & ability to work under pressure
- Able to work in a matrix organization while interfacing with diverse technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written for communication with colleagues).
Advantages:
- Experience with manufacturing processes such: SMT, Injection molding
- Experience with robotics, RF systems, or FPV drones.
4000-4500 Eur gross per month.
