TeleTower is part of the BITE Group, responsible for managing and developing mobile network infrastructure. Established in 2009, the company was created by separating tower and mast construction and maintenance activities from BITE Lithuania. TeleTower primarily supports BITE’s mobile network, while also providing infrastructure services to other telecommunications and network companies in Baltics.
Job description:
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes in Latvia and Lithuania;
- Prepare consolidated and statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local standards;
- Ensure IFRS 16 implementation and accounting for the land lease portfolio (2,500+ contracts);
- Oversee compliance with VAT, CIT, and other regulatory requirements in Latvia and Lithuania;
- Support the migration to Microsoft Dynamics (requirements definition, configuration, data migration, UAT, cutover).
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting or auditing;
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, particularly IFRS 16 and IFRS 3;
- Practical experience with Latvian accounting and tax regulations;
- Knowledge of Lithuanian regulations will be considered an advantage;
- Experience in telecom, infrastructure, real estate, or other long-term asset industries will be considered an advantage;
- Higher education in finance, accounting, or a related field;
- Excellent Latvian and English language skills to communicate with colleagues and business partners abroad.

Monthly Salary:
3500 - 4000 euro gross.
