Job description:
- Plan and lead training sessions for new and current staff
- Help set and track training goals
- Keep an eye on trainee progress and offer helpful advice for improvement
- Give clear and helpful feedback to trainees
- Design and assess training activities
- Identify and solve any issues that come up during training
- Listen to calls made by staff and give feedback as needed
- Stay up-to-date on company procedures and operations
- Keep records of training and performance data
- Share reports with stakeholders regularly
Requirements:
- English skills (B2 or higher level) in writing and speaking to understand documentation and log accurately in the client systems
- Additionally, you need to have one of the foreign language skills – German, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian or Danish (B2/C1 or higher level)
- At least 2 years of experience as a trainer in customer service
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fintech, banking, or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work well in a team
- Experience with customer service programs, especially in retail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good organization and planning abilities
- Understanding of working with diverse groups
- Familiarity with MS Office applications
- Analytical and results-driven mindset
- Previous experience in customer support or service

Monthly Salary:
Salary range: 1800 - 2000 EUR Gross
