“CowCare” is an international and rapidly growing company specializing in the sale of hoof-care equipment and related products for cattle.

Job description
  • Drive sales growth in the DACH region (B2B and B2C).
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the DACH market.
  • Prepare quotations, monitor customer needs, and develop various sales channels.
  • Work with the company’s CRM system (Pipedrive) to manage deals and build a customer portfolio.
  • Organize sales activities tailored to the specific market.
  • Participate in company events abroad and travel on business trips to meet existing and potential customers in person.
  • Contribute to the improvement and development of sales and internal sales processes.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role, working with both B2B and B2C segments.
  • A customer-oriented personality with a strong focus on building relationships and driving sales growth.
  • German and English language skills at least at B2 level, enabling effective communication with customers and colleagues and the performance of daily responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience working in a multicultural and international company is considered an advantage.
  • Technical knowledge of, or a strong interest in, agricultural products/services.
  • Previous experience working directly with the DACH market is considered an advantage.
  • Category B driving licence.
