- Developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels
- Setting up and monitoring paid campaigns
- Monitoring paid performance and budgets across the markets
- Building on automation and AI to improve paid performance
- Optimizing website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic through keyword research
- Providing suggestions to improve website tracking and SEO performance, cooperation with web developers
- Optimizing paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
- Monitoring competitor marketing activities in online channels
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
- From 3 years of experience in similar role
- Engagement with the latest trends in marketing technology
- Proficient skills and hands-on experience with all ad platforms (Google, Meta etc.)
- Proficient skills and hands-on experience with campaign tracking and analytics tools
- Experience in boosting search engine rankings and increasing organic traffic
- Technical skills to set up and refine customer journey monitoring reports
- Experience driving successful lead generation campaigns
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
- Understanding of e-Commerce components and structure
- Proven ability to prioritize and differentiate what matters from the noise, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality
