Job description:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- The preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Supporting the budgeting process and monitoring financial performance against budgetary targets.
- Providing strategic financial guidance to management to support decision – making and drive business growth.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen processes and achieve operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
required experience and skills
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of progressive finance experience.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Hands – on approach to the processes
- Strong understanding of Excel, SAP
- Fluency in English and Latvian.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively interact with stakeholders on all levels.
