Job description:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract top-tier talent
- Manage and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Utilize recruitment software/tools to track, manage, and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with organizational goals and objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies to enhance our recruitment processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Latvian (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven experience in recruitment in a leading position
- Experience in the customer service industry as a recruiter is a plus
- Background in BPO is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software/tools
- Excellent leadership skills

Monthly Salary:
Salary range: 2000 – 2500 EUR Gross
