Job description:
Our client, Fima is looking for a Tendering Project manager. This person is going to manage high-budget strategic development tenders related to transportation, civil engineering and telecommunications. The person entering this position, will be responsible for the whole tendering process flow, including preparation of documents and offers, budgeting and negotiating. Here are some of the tasks one will be conducting:
Responsibilities:
- Participate in tender and procurement processes
- Participate, create, and submit offers (Qualifications, Technical and Financial offers) according to requirements and deadlines
- Monitor and manage sales projects
- Contribute to cost and price calculations
- Liaise with internal teams as well as suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance of sales processes with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Work experience in tendering engineering/ technology/ construction projects (technical and financial offers)
- Experience in drafting corporate project accreditation documents, formatted CVs and certificates of ability, testimonials etc. for tenders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Very good knowledge of Latvian and English, good knowledge of Russian
- Structured approach to work, ability to work independently and plan daily tasks
- High sense of responsibility and result-oriented mindset
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines
- Expert in EIS system or other systems where tenders are published

Monthly Salary:
2000 - 2500 EUR Gross
