Our client - NUMAI - is a fast-growing PropTech company with a mission to expand access to homeownership. At some point, many people are unable to get a mortgage due to an insufficient down payment. As a result, they rent other people’s homes, helping build wealth for their landlords instead of themselves. NUMAI decided it was time to make the journey to homeownership more convenient and inclusive. Its rent-to-buy service enables people to start building personal wealth before becoming official homeowners. NUMAI is the first company in the EU to introduce the Rent-to-Buy model. Within the first two years of operation, it became the largest buyer of residential real estate in its home market.

Over 400 families in the Baltics have already made that leap with us, and our real estate portfolio now tops €45M. Next stop: Latvia. And here’s where you come in: we’re hiring our very first colleague in Latvia. Not “employee #237.” Not just a hire — The Hire. You’ll be NUMAI in Latvia. Join us as Senior Sales Manager!

Your Mission

At NUMAI, sales isn’t about closing deals — it’s about opening doors. You’ll help families take one of the biggest steps of their lives: buying a home. Your role is to make that journey clear, safe, and possible.

  • Guide clients from the first call to the notary’s office, ensuring they understand every step.
  • Coordinate with notaries, lawyers, sellers, and families — and keep the process calm and transparent.
  • Anticipate challenges before they become problems, whether it’s paperwork, payment doubts, or family debates.
  • Help with local marketing: adapt our campaigns, test messages, and make NUMAI’s story resonate in Latvia.
  • Lead NUMAI’s presence in Latvia as our local “flag bearer”, taking full ownership of day-to-day operations and growth, while working closely with the head office on key strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Latvian and English — both are essential.
  • You’ve sold before — at least 2 years in B2C or B2B.
  • Real estate or fintech experience matters to us. No such experience? Then convince us you can learn fast and deliver.
  • Independent, organized, and ready to take ownership of your work.
  • Proactive and confident in driving your own success — no micromanagement needed.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, sometimes uncertain environment. We have a proven playbook, but you’ll help adapt it to the Latvian market as we learn what works.
