Job description:
- Leading clients’ projects & cases in Latvia.
- Analysis of accounting & other business processes, setting plan of actions for improvement and optimization.
- Ensuring accounting cycle runs smoothly, preparing financial and accounting reports, payroll calculation.
- Delegating tasks to the team members & seeking for efficient communication both, with Latvian and Lithuanian teams
- Seeking to stay up to date with developments in professional area, developing own skills & sharing the knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements:
- At least 5 and more years of successful experience in accounting, finance and/or audit.
- Great understanding of Latvian GAAP, taxes and processes.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, ability to quickly adapt to new accounting software.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proactive approach, organizational skills, excellent analytical skills and accuracy.
Nice to have:
- ACCA qualification and / or knowledge of IFRS.
- Previous experience in working with multiple clients.

Monthly Salary:
2900-4000 EUR Gross
